The flexible electric cable of ZMS is designed for electrical installations in buildings, the wiring of distribution panels and the connection of fixed or semi-mobile electrical equipment. Composed of class multi-stranded copper conductors 5 according to the NORME IEC 60228, it offers excellent flexibility and facilitates wiring in tight spaces. Compliant with European standards IN 50525 and NFC 32-102, it meets the requirements of low voltage applications in residential sectors, tertiary and industrial. Common models include H07V-K, H05V-K, NYAF, RV-K et H05VV-F.

The cable H07V-K is a flexible single-pole conductor with PVC insulation, designed for internal wiring of electrical panels and cabinets. Its Class stranded copper conductor 5 according to IEC 60228 gives it excellent installation flexibility, facilitating work in restricted spaces in distribution boxes and cabinets.
Manufactured to EN standard 50525-2-31, ZMS H07V-K cable is available in a wide range of sections and colors, meeting the requirements of electrical installers and panel integrators in Europe and French-speaking Africa.

H05V-K cable
The cable H05V-K is a flexible single-pole conductor with PVC insulation, designed for internal wiring of electrical appliances, control circuits and low power equipment. Its Class stranded copper conductor 5 according to IEC 60228 gives it excellent flexibility, particularly suitable for connections in tight spaces of electronic equipment, low power measuring devices and boxes.
Manufactured to EN standard 50525-2-31, ZMS H05V-K cable is available in several sections and colors, meeting the needs of electrical equipment manufacturers and control system integrators.

The H05V-K is often confused with the H07V-K. The key difference is the voltage rating : 300/500V for the H05V-K versus 450/750V for the H07V-K. For all standard low voltage panel wiring, choose the H07V-K. The H05V-K is recommended for control circuits, signaling and equipment whose operating voltage does not exceed 500V. For installation outdoors or in conduit between equipment, choose a multi-conductor cable with an outer sheath like NYM.

H05VV-F
The cable H05VV-F is a flexible multi-conductor cable with PVC insulation and sheath, designed for the connection of domestic electrical appliances and office equipment. Unlike unipolar conductors H07V-K and H05V-K, the H05VV-F integrates several conductors under a common sheath, which simplifies wiring and reduces clutter in installations.
Manufactured to standard IN 50525-2-11, ZMS H05VV-F is used by electrical appliance manufacturers, suppliers of office equipment and distributors of portable equipment throughout the French-speaking area.

ZMS Consulting :
The H05VV-F is the standard connection cable for domestic and light tertiary devices. Its nominal voltage of 300/500V and its PVC insulation limit it to applications without significant mechanical constraints.. For environments subject to frequent flexion, oils or extreme temperatures, the H05RN-F rubber sheath from our Flexible Power Cable range is recommended. The H05VV-F should not be used as a replacement for a fixed installation cable like the H07V-K in an electrical panel.

NYAF
The NYAF cable is a flexible single-pole conductor with PVC insulation, essential reference for internal wiring of control cabinets and industrial distribution boards. Its Class stranded copper conductor 5 according to DIN VDE 0295 gives it optimal flexibility for installations in limited space, particularly in automated boxes and control cabinets.
Manufactured to standard From vde 0281, ZMS NYAF cable is particularly used in German markets, Austrian, Switzerland and in industrial projects in French-speaking Africa following VDE standards.

ZMS Consulting :
The NYAF is the German equivalent of the French H07V-K. If your project requires compliance with VDE standards — particularly for equipment intended for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Suisse) or for machines exported to these countries — NYAF is the appropriate choice. For purely French-speaking markets, le H07V-K remains the preferred reference. Both types are technically interchangeable in the majority of applications basse tension.

RV-K
The RV-K cable is a flexible single-core cable with PVC or XLPE insulation, designed for the low voltage distribution and power supply in fixed installations. Unlike H07V-K and NYAF panel conductors, the RV-K is sized to carry larger supply currents and is used for direct installation in cable trays, conduits and exposed installations between equipment.
ZMS RV-K cable complies with the standard A 21031 / the 60227. Particularly widespread in Iberian markets and French-speaking Africa — notably in Morocco, in Algeria, in Tunisia and sub-Saharan Africa where Spanish and IEC standards coexist — ZMS RV-K cable meets infrastructure project requirements, building and industrial installation.

ZMS Consulting :
The RV-K is above all a power and distribution cable, not a board driver. Its largest section and its tension nominale de 600/1000V position it for current supply applications between equipment rather than for internal cabling of cabinets. For projects in mainland France or Belgium, the U-1000 R2V or the H07V-K will be more suitable depending on the application. For the Maghreb and sub-Saharan markets, the RV-K offers the best compromise between local availability and IEC normative compliance.
