Flexible Power Cable
The Soft power cable of ZMS is a multi-conductor cable designed for supplying electrical energy to mobile equipment, industrial machines, temporary installations and construction sites subject to high mechanical and environmental constraints. It is generally composed of class stranded copper conductors 5 (IEC 60228), combined with insulation and a rubber outer sheath, in chloroprene (CR), in polyurethane (PUR) or in other high performance materials, according to application requirements. According to their design, these cables can be manufactured in accordance with EN standards 50525, IEC 60245, From vde 0282 or other international standards.
Unlike a flexible electrical cable intended for installations fixes, flexible power cable is designed to withstand repeated bending, the shocks, the vibrations, exposure to oils, UV and weather protection in demanding environments. Its outer sheath offers mechanical resistance, chemical and abrasion resistance significantly higher than that of a conventional PVC sheathed cable.

H07RN-F cable
The H07RN-F cable is a flexible multi-conductor cable with rubber insulation and sheath, designed for powering mobile industrial equipment and construction site installations subject to severe mechanical and environmental constraints. It is composed of stranded copper conductors Class 5 (IEC 60228), ethylene-propylene rubber insulation (EPR) on each conductor and an outer sheath of chloroprene rubber (CR/Neoprene).
Manufactured to standards IN 50525-2-21 and IEC 60245, ZMS H07RN-F cable resists mineral oils, UV, to abrasion and mechanical shock. It maintains its flexibility over a temperature range of -25 °C to +60 °C, including in cold weather, and is particularly suitable for industrial installations and construction sites subject to severe conditions of use.

The H07RN-F is recommended as soon as the installation is exposed to oils, to bad weather or mechanical shock outdoors. For low-use interior applications, the H05VV-F is a more economical alternative. For permanent bending or very small radii of curvature, consult our technical team.

H05RN-F cable
The cable H05RN-F is a flexible multi-conductor cable with rubber insulation and sheath, designed for the connection of portable electrical appliances and light equipment subjected to frequent flexing in indoor and semi-outdoor environments. It is composed of stranded copper conductors Class 5 (IEC 60228), ethylene-propylene rubber insulation (EPR) on each conductor and an outer sheath of chloroprene rubber (CR) thin.
Manufactured to standards IN 50525-2-21 and IEC 60245, ZMS H05RN-F cable resists with light oils, to abrasion and repeated bending. It maintains its flexibility over a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C and is suitable for portable and semi-mobile applications in moderate environments.

Cable H07BQ-F
The cable H07BQ-F is a flexible multi-conductor cable designed for powering equipment industrial subject to high mechanical stress and repetitive movements. It is composed of stranded copper conductors Class 5 (IEC 60228), PVC insulation on each conductor and an outer sheath in polyurethane (PUR) with high resistance to abrasion and oils.
Manufactured to EN standard 50525-2-11, ZMS H07BQ-F cable resists mineral and vegetable oils, to fuels, to abrasion and mechanical tears. It maintains its flexibility over a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, including in extreme cold environments, and suitable for continuous motion applications such as energy chains and articulated arms.

- Supply of equipment with cable carrier chains and articulated arms
- Mobile workshop connections exposed to oils and fuels
- Industrial installations subjected to intensive flexing cycles and abrasion
ZMS Consulting :
The H07BQ-F is recommended when the sheath must simultaneously resist oils, intense abrasion and repeated bending — conditions where a chloroprene sheath (H07RN-F) would deteriorate prematurely. For outdoor installations without repetitive movement, and H07RN-F remains more economical. Prolonged outdoor installation not recommended without additional UV protection, the PUR sheath being less UV resistant than chloroprene.

NSHTÖU cable
The NSHTÖU cable is a flexible multi-conductor cable designed to powering heavy equipment in extreme industrial environments — mines, careers, underground construction sites and production sites with very high mechanical stress. It is composed of stranded copper conductors Class 5 (IEC 60228) very flexible, reinforced EPR rubber insulation on each conductor and a thick-walled neoprene rubber outer jacket.
Manufactured in accordance with to DIN VDE standards 0282-10, ZMS NSHTÖU cable is resistant to violent mechanical shocks, to severe abrasion, oils, to weak acids and permanent humidity. It maintains its flexibility in temperature conditions of -40°C to +60°C and withstands tensile and compressive stresses that standard industrial cables cannot absorb.

VFD motor cable
The VFD motor cable is a symmetrical shielded multi-conductor flexible cable, designed for powering motors controlled by frequency variator (VFD/VSD), in a dry industrial environment, damp or wet. It is composed of three multi-stranded copper phase conductors Class 5 (IEC 60228), a distributed symmetrical earth conductor, PVC or XLPE insulation on each conductor, individual shielding in aluminum foil and an oil-resistant PVC or PUR outer sheath.
Manufactured according to IEC standards 60502-1 / UL 1277, ZMS VFD motor cable limits high-frequency leakage currents and electromagnetic disturbances generated by inverter PWM switching. Its symmetrical design reduces premature wear of motor bearings caused by stray voltages, a common phenomenon with unsuitable standard power cables.

- Power supply of asynchronous and synchronous motors controlled by inverter
- Connections between frequency converter and motor in an industrial environment
- Installations with long cable lengths between drive and motor
ZMS Consulting :
The VFD motor cable is recommended as soon as the distance between the drive and the motor exceeds a few meters, or that the installation is sensitive to EMC disturbances. For standard motor power supply without variator, the H07RN-F is sufficient and more economical.
