These actions include, without limitation, sending misleading documents and emails claiming that ZMS Cable had been acquired or merged, as well as the incentive to make payments to bank accounts not under ZMS Cable. These practices seriously infringe on ZMS Cable's commercial rights and expose our customers to considerable risks..
Hereby, ZMS Cable would like to make the following statement :
1.Any document or information mentioning that ZMS Cable has been acquired, merged or its activities have been transferred is entirely falsified.
2.ZMS Cable does not use third party accounts for receiving payments under any circumstances..
3.Risks arising from the above situations (including, but not limited to, non-delivery or product quality issues) will in no case be the responsibility of our company.
4.ZMS Cable has already initiated legal proceedings to defend its commercial rights, suing the parties involved for fraud and other related offenses. The files have been transmitted to the competent judicial authorities.
After verification, these documents are all falsified.
